Understanding RecurPost Content Libraries
Before diving into examples, here's how to structure your RecurPost libraries:
- Educational Tips Library — posts daily or every other day
- Customer Testimonials Library — posts 2–3 times per week
- Promotional Offers Library — posts once per week
- Behind-the-Scenes Library — posts 2–3 times per week
- Engagement/Question Library — posts daily
Each library cycles through its posts automatically. When all posts in a library have been shared, RecurPost starts again from the beginning. Build each library with at least 20–30 posts so content doesn't repeat too quickly.
RecurPost Library Building Checklist
- Build at least 20 posts per library before activating — this prevents content from repeating too quickly
- Never include specific dates, current prices, or time-sensitive references in recurring posts
- Use RecurPost's optimal timing feature to schedule posts when your audience is most active
- Review library performance monthly — pause underperforming posts and add new ones
- Keep a separate manual posting schedule for timely content (news, launches, seasonal promotions)
- Mix post formats: text, image, video, and link posts for variety
- Set promotional library frequency lower than educational/engagement libraries (1x/week vs. daily)
RecurPost's power is in the compounding effect of consistent posting. A library of 30 quality evergreen posts, cycling automatically, delivers more long-term value than sporadic bursts of manual posting. Build your libraries once, refine them over time, and let the automation work for you.
Examples
Example 1: Educational Tips Library Posts
Evergreen tips that remain relevant regardless of when they're published. These are the backbone of any RecurPost strategy.
Post 1 (for a marketing agency):

Post 2:
💡 Did you know? Video posts get 3x more engagement than image posts on Facebook.
You don't need a professional camera. A well-lit smartphone video with good audio performs better than a poorly produced studio video.

Post 3:
💡 The 80/20 rule for Facebook content:
80% of your posts should educate, entertain, or inspire.
20% should promote your products or services.
Audiences disengage from pages that only sell. Give value first, and sales follow naturally.
Why these work in RecurPost: Tips are evergreen — they're just as useful the second time a follower sees them as the first. Build 20+ tips and your library runs for months before repeating.
Example 2: Customer Testimonials Library Posts
Social proof is always relevant. Rotate through your best testimonials so new followers always see them.
Post 1:
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
"[Customer Name] said: '[Testimonial text — describe the problem they had and how your product/service solved it]'"
Real results from real customers. Ready to experience the same? 👉 [Link]

Post 2:
We love hearing from our customers. 💙
"[Testimonial text]" — [Customer Name], [City]
If you've had a great experience with us, leave us a review! It means the world to our team.

Post 3:
Before working with us, [Customer Name] was struggling with [problem].
After [timeframe], here's what they had to say:
"[Testimonial]"
Sound familiar? Let's talk. 👇
Why these work in RecurPost: Testimonials are timeless social proof. Rotating through multiple testimonials keeps the content fresh while consistently reinforcing trust with new visitors to your page.
Example 3: Engagement/Question Library Posts
Questions generate comments, which are the highest-value engagement signal for Facebook's algorithm. These posts should be in every RecurPost library.

Option B: [Choice 2]

Post 3:
Fill in the blank: "The best thing about [relevant topic] is ___________."
We'll start: The best thing about [your answer] is [your answer].

Post 4:
Hot take: [Mildly controversial but safe opinion about your industry]
Agree or disagree? Tell us why in the comments. We love a good debate. 😄
Why these work in RecurPost: Question posts generate comments regardless of when they're published. A question that worked six months ago will work again when it cycles back — most followers won't remember seeing it, and new followers will engage with it fresh.
